Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Accurately receive, stock, and inventory warehouse products using RF scanners
- Load/unload shipments with precision while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 6 months of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility (no public transit access)
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings and weekend shifts
