Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/production environments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all material movements
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaces
- Support warehouse operations as needed (e.g., stacking, palletizing, order picking)
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – paid training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
