Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage products accurately.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily targets.
- Document any damages or discrepancies in the inventory system promptly.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
