Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular stock counts and documenting movements.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Perform routine equipment inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues.
- Fulfill customer orders efficiently by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required for consideration).
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
