Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring cargo security.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Verify inventory accuracy using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
