Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and log maintenance requirements.
- Accurately stock inventory, pick orders, and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Ensure all goods are stored according to safety protocols to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Counterbalance or Reach) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
