Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage warehouse inventory with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Maintain accurate documentation of all material movements and inventory counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company-sponsored training)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
