Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and organize stock in designated storage areas with precision
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate inventory documentation and reporting systems
- Participate in cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation and order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime and weekends
