Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Accurately scan and inventory materials using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle count documentation
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in industrial settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and inventory skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (cold/hot zones)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
