Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure maximum accessibility.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
