Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Inspect equipment daily for maintenance needs and report any issues immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Reach Truck, Sit-Down, or Climb-on).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
