Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- General Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Work Ethic: Motivated individuals who are punctual and reliable.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and safety signs.
- No Experience Required: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
