Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Perform inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency at all times.
- Inspect equipment daily for any mechanical issues or safety hazards and report them immediately to management.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and staging orders for shipping in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, etc.) in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and quantity checks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
