Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers with precision and speed.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment before and after each shift.
- Manage inventory accuracy by accurately scanning and recording stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card if required for specific roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
