As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is moved accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift (1+ years preferred).
- Valid forklift certification and current license.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
