Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and proper material stacking
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
