Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Organize warehouse space efficiently to maximize storage capacity
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality
