Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environments
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory with systematic accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years of industrial equipment operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Excellent safety record and commitment to workplace protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
