Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming freight to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B) is a plus.
