Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trailers, trucks, and shipping containers with precision.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping quotas.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; previous forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and diagrams.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
