Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label products to ensure customer satisfaction and timely shipments.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records using scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and safety gear.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates with no experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and processing orders.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and safety protocols.
