Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen required
