Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones using FIFO methods
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- RF scanner experience or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Background check and drug screen required
