Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials in warehouse and yard settings
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation using WMS systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks and stage products for shipment/receiving
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-approved) with 1+ years recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work standing for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
