Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage palletized materials accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S principles.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on all forklift equipment to identify any mechanical issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline logistics processes and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
