Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with team members to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Assist in cross-training for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to South Bay facility
