Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load/unload shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient work areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
