Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs daily
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging inventory
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
