Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and streamline operations
- Complete accurate inventory documentation and reports using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience with valid OSHA certification
- Ability to operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
