Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately inventory, scan, and track all materials using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new operators on warehouse systems and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts (certification required)
- Valid OSHA Forklift Operator certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tracking
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
- Clean background check and pre-employment drug screening required
