Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/distribution settings
- Load/unload shipments with pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report malfunctions
- Optimize stacking/storage to maximize warehouse space
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
