Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize, stack, and inventory products in the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and warehouse management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping schedules.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our training program.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
