Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL Class A or B preferred, but Class C accepted for specific equipment).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
