Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials efficiently within the warehouse.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine safety inspections on all forklift equipment before and during shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Document inventory movements and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (CPCS or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional forklift operating experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
