Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the facility meets all health and safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions before use and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFOT) or equivalent hands-on experience required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
