Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo security and proper placement on pallets.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and digital documentation using warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a clean workspace.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL Class B or equivalent certification).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a logistics or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
