Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise into the warehouse inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to a rotating shift schedule.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
