Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and yard environments
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using proper rigging techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
