Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and company policies, to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipments.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Forklift License required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
