Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials in the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using a warehouse management system.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting as required.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CPC or equivalent) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging daily activities.
