Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and distribution teams
- Conduct regular audits and process improvement initiatives
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency and inventory management understanding
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
