Your Mission
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, ensuring our supply chain remains uninterrupted. We value accuracy, speed, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections on all forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and verifying stock levels against the warehouse management system.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure clear pathways and prevent safety hazards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must possess valid license/certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
