Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently in a high-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage freight for delivery or shipment according to company safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is organized and properly labeled.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding warehouse safety and housekeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) required; Order Picker certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
