Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and dock areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and shipping of orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license required (valid and up-to-date).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory systems.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
