Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate placement of goods in storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of forklifts and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
