As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately and safely. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and ready to start right away.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, including scanning and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory control by tagging and shelving products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one through our training program.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
