Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 100% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks
- Maintain organized inventory in FIFO system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Train new pickers on company procedures
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/picking experience
- Valid forklift certification (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check and drug screen required
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
