Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Conduct thorough pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety compliance and proper functionality.
- Manage inventory by scanning, labeling, and organizing stock to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by promptly removing debris and hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA/ProLogix) preferred; we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols meticulously.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
