Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock and verifying orders to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Load Securing: Properly secure loads on trailers to prevent shifting during transport.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse workspace.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery logs and safety checklists.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to Train: No prior forklift experience is required; we provide certification training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in counting and inventory management.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for the warehouse position.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent work schedule.
