Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: accurately stock shelves, tag items, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintain a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any damaged goods or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and the desire to learn new skills are essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
